Building partially collapses after explosion in central Athens, one person reportedly injured

A building located in Plaka, one of Athens' oldest neighborhoods, partially collapsed due to an explosion. Local media reported that the explosion was likely caused by a gas leak. The blast was powerful enough to be heard throughout the city center. The Greek fire brigade has rescued a woman from the collapsed structure.
