A bus traveling from New Delhi to Samastipur, Bihar, experienced a fire while carrying 32 passengers. The fire reportedly started near the engine due to a short circuit. Rifleman V Teja from Odisha's Rayagada district died after being shot during operational duties in Nagaland. He was almost 31 years old and was due to marry on December 10. Teja was a brave soldier from the 15th Assam Rifles, and his death has caused deep sorrow. Fake note: Three men, a BSc graduate, a law student and a BA final year student, were arrested in Greater Noida with 2,549 fake Rs 100 notes. Police say the gang learnt printing from Instagram reels, avoided Rs 500 notes fearing stricter checks, and had been running the racket for over a year.
