Heartless thief steals terminally ill child's medication from back of his wheelchair at Texas State Fair

A heartless thief stole nearly $2,000 worth of vital seizure medication from a terminally ill three-year-old boy's wheelchair at the State Fair of Texas. Devin Cervantes has stage IV brain cancer.
