Akhilesh Yadav says alliance victory matters more than seat-sharing

Akhilesh Yadav has said victory for the opposition alliance is more important than seat-sharing as talks with the Congress continue ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls. Yadav stressed the need for a united effort to protect democracy, the Constitution and reservation, saying the focus should be on ensuring the alliance’s victory rather than the number of seats allotted to each party.
