NCLT approved 107 resolution plans worth Rs 11,000 crore in Q2

The National Company Law Tribunal has set a new benchmark by approving 107 Resolution Plans in the second quarter of FY 2026–27, a remarkable rise from 60 approved plans in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
