Persons who have been involved in a motor vehicle collision while on a bicycle or motorcycle or as a pedestrian need to know what their rights are, since if they don’t know what their rights are they often times will not be able to make sure that their rights are protected. People injured in vehicle accidents often times simply deal with insurance companies, without realizing that most insurance companies have at the end of the day their bottom line as their primary interest. Moreover, oftentimes there are multiple parties at fault, and the only way to get full compensation, which can cover damages, medical bills, time missed from work, and more, is to pursue the full course of legal remedy, and the best way to do that is to work with a competent Manhattan bicycle injury lawyer.

The law office of Richard M. Kenny provides a completely free consultation to any citizen of New York who has been injured in any way, including but not limited to motorcycle injury accidents and bicycle accidents.
